Healthy – Wealthy

Roses are red, yoga is great!

Who needs a Valentine,

When I can bench with my own 

Weight!

Life is a gift,

Exercise is the lift!

A healthy body will energize,

A full life you will realize!

Fruit and meat

Is good to eat, 

But sugar and grain,

Will cause you pain!

Oatmeal is perfect, 

And veggies are divine,

The dream to be strong,

Is what I’m making mine!

Health is Wealth,

Wealth is Health!
